$3,000 "Safety Net" Training Pay

We know starting a new career can be intimidating enough without worrying about whether you can afford to "risk it" financially. That's why we will provide a $3,000 monthly safety net during your 90 day training period. If you earn more in a month (which many do), that's great! You keep it. But, if it takes you a bit longer to get your wheels rolling, don't worry?you've got a safety net of $3,000.

Please understand that this is not free money. We have every expectation that you will work hard in our structured training sessions to learn the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to succeed at the highest level. Even if you have previous sales training (whether in the automotive field or not), we hope to improve your skills and provide an even better foundation on which to build.

This job is not for everyone, but it can be life changing. We are looking for energetic, personable and outgoing people who are willing to learn a new skill set and to push themselves to excel. This is a performance-oriented position, and we will do our best to ensure you succeed.


Our sales consultant pay plan rewards those who excel in customer satisfaction and sales performance. Unlike other sales positions, there is no limit to the amount you can earn at Carr Chevrolet, and typically our top performers earn $95,000 and more per year.

SERVICE ADVISOR


We are a very busy GM dealership in need of an experienced Service Writer / Advisor. Looking for a skilled Service Writer with the ability to professionally represent and sell our auto repair services to our customers, advising them of recommended service, while maintaining their confidence in our business. This position would serve as the 'face' of the business and act as the liaison between the customer and the mechanics as well as our wholesale partners in regards to reconditioning used cars and trade-ins.
