Bad service

really good , as usual

Service department staff are professional, efficient, friendly and over deliver on their promises. They get the work done faster than promised and on budget. Color me grateful and pleasantly surprised.

I was very disappointed by an omission from my quote that led to a $1000.00 of additional charges that were not communicated ahead of the service. It was quite a shock, and I would have approach the work schedule differently if I knew the TRUE cost. It eroded trust to say the least.

I am always very happy with my experience at Carr Beaverton. Jordan is knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing, I always buy a car with him. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.
