Everything was good except there was no owners manual in the car. We had persist with the staff. We were told it would take three weeks to get one. We felt that was not okay.

Alex was quick to reply to our online questions, and was super helpful and friendly to work with when we arrived at the dealership. I'm immune-compromised and was really happy Alex and the other staff were both thoughtful and considerate and wore masks while we were there. The Equinox we purchased is exactly the vehicle we've been shopping for, so it was worth the drive from Puyallup, WA to purchase it! We were grateful the car was detailed inside and out before it was handed over to us, and the gas voucher was very much appreciated as well! Quality of service has gone down in the last 2-3 years. And way more expensive. Frankly, I feel that my business is taken for granted and not much effort it put into any type of relationship. Not like it used to be. I only come there for service that has to be done by a certified chevy dealer. Otherwise, I have my work done at an independent shop that values my business. I will definitely not buy another car or truck there.

I had a check engine light that would come on intermittently. It took a while to diagnose, because the light would be out when they checked it. Finally they were able to diagnose the issue, order parts while I drove the car (this is important because I drive for Uber and Lyft). then they scheduled the service. I brought it in one morning, They got it out the same day. Sooner than I expected. They were very professional and extremely helpful.
