I would like to let you know about the terrific and helpful service that we received from one of your sales associates, Guillermo Parral. We purchased a 2011 black Z-71 Suburban. Previously, we had a 2003 black Z-71 with 150,000 miles on it that we passed down to our college graduate daughter.

Guillermo was introduced to us and was very helpful in showing us the new Suburbans and Tahoes and all the latest features, styles, and equipment. We also drove several of the vehicles around the area. My husband and I were still debating which vehicle and options were better suited for our needs. Guillermo carefully went thru with us all the newest options and how they worked. We exchanged quite a few e-mails with Guillermo with our questions. We in total, spent 3 seperate days where we came down to the showroom and spent a number of hours going over the various vehicles trying to narrow down our choice. I also have to say that everyone at Carr Chevrolet was very helpful and courteous.

After gathering and looking at all the information, my husband and I decided to get another black Z-71 Suburban. We do alot of driving, including going to our condo in central Oregon and our son will be starting college at OIT in Klamath Falls. Even though we will be empty nesters with 2 large dogs we still need the 'burb. (I Just hope the rising gas prices won't kill us!)

We were really looking forward to receiveing our new vehicle and again, Guillermo was extremely helpful i showing us around the vehicle, both inside and out. He helped activate the OnStar and Bluetooth features. He made it clear to us to call him anytime we had a question or problems or if we needed him to go over how something worked on the car.

I (Daina) absolutely love the car, as I am the one who is mostly driving it. I really enjoy all the newer and updated features from the 2003 model. It is a pleasure to drive and really do enjoy driving it. I have to say that I am still learning how to operate all the features - it is more like a computer, and I will probably call Guillermo sometime saying "help". I am a Chevy girl at heart, born and raised in the Motor City (Detroit) where my father spent 32 years working at GM.

Again, I would like to commend Guillermo Parral for all his helpful assistance and support in the purchase of our vehicle and would highly recommend him to anyone who comes to purchase a vehicle at Carr Chevrolet.
